The same probably holds true for Cobb and Tate. Can they really improve stat wise? They will probably just maintain as well. I could go see Adams but like they said how much more can he get stat wise with Cobb and Nelson ahead of him. I see his biggest strides coming in the form of reliability. He will be there whenever we need him.
I think the obvious choice is Bridgewater with the way he finished the season last year but maybe you need more than a fast finish to your rookie year to be considered rising. If he can continue through this season then maybe. In that case I would have to go with Lacy. A ROY season followed by a second very solid year, Yeah, he could still be on his way up. I certainly hope so and I hope we have seen the best from Bridgewater as well although I am afraid we haven't.
